Harbor View Lending is a  full service mortgage banker located in Saco, Maine. 

Our mission statement is rather simple: Offer competitive rates and close loans as quickly as possible. We specialize in residential lending and work with major national banks.  As a result, we are able to shop each banking institution for the lowest rates and best programs available. Our theory is that every borrower's needs are different. There is no such thing as "one loan fits all". By partnering with a wide variety of lenders, we are extremely confident in our ability to provide you with the lowest rates available for your individual situation.

In addition to our lending partners, we have carefully selected a comprehensive network of appraisers and title companies. By leveraging the expertise and reliability of these companies, we are able to fulfill the second half of our mission statement, which is to close loans quickly. Many times we are able to close loans in as quickly as 3 weeks.  Our partners understand our goals and are committed to insuring that each step of the loan process is pleasant and hassle-free.
